TUMOians in Jay Perez’s lab learned how to conduct 3D scans of Artsakh’s most important cultural sites. Using Pix4D Mapper, they turned their scans into 3D models before finally transforming them into a full 4D experience. That means places like Dadivank and Gandzasar are always at the tip of your fingers. ?‍?

Have you heard of TUMO Labs? It’s our science and engineering education program, co-funded by the EU. Participants in its latest project with the Armenian National Agrarian University created an automated plant irrigation system using an IoT device and sensor data collection. This system can remotely control plant growth, detect soil moisture levels, and water the soil automatically. Farmers of the world, digitize!
