Sound Mapping Yerevan
How do you perceive the sounds around you? Composer and sonic artist Roland Kuit will be leading a learning lab to teach you the art of sound mapping cities. You’ll unplug from your cellphone and begin to discover and experience the sounds of various locations in Yerevan. You’ll record everything you hear, then edit and super impose those sounds into an abstract environment. By the end of the lab, you’ll have created a sound installation that captures the city in sound.
Pre-requisite: Music I
The learning lab will take place at TUMO Yerevan, from September 10th to 21st, Monday to Friday, 3.30-7.30 PM.
