Explore Arabic Typography with Azza Alameddine
We encounter letterings, fonts, and logos every day of our lives. Little do we know, what an important part of our culture they are. But Azza Alameddine is traveling to Yerevan from Spain to dive into the world of typography with you.
During this lab, along with Azza, you will have a chance to learn about the traditional Arabic calligraphic styles. You will play around with Armenian and Arabic typographies and transform them and turn one into the other.
Prerequisites: Graphic II
The learning lab will take place at TUMO Yerevan from March 16th to March 27th, Monday to Friday, 3.30 – 7.30 pm.
