Calligraphy and Lettering in Design
Artist, art director and calligrapher Kirill Tkachev, along with graphic artist, lecturer and actress Marina Tkacheva, will lead a learning lab on the role of calligraphy and lettering in design.
During the lab you will get acquainted with the basics of calligraphy and lettering, experiment with letters, and of course, have a chance to apply your new design skills. You will create a book cover and digitize it by the end of the lab.
Prerequisite: Drawing II or Graphic Design II
The learning lab will take place at TUMO Yerevan, from March 18th to 29th, Monday to Friday, 3:30 – 7:30 PM.
